TOM EVANS - Creative Director​​​

Media Cage founder and Creative Director, Tom Evans, has over 20 years experience in professional audio production.
As a producer, he has worked for some of the country’s biggest radio brands including Heart FM, Capital FM and the BBC, winning a Sony Award and a handful of Arqiva Commercial Radio Awards across a successful career.
Tom is also a regular broadcaster and can be heard on various stations across the country (follow him at @tomevanstweets or @tomevansradio on Instagram).

LYNSEY BARTLETT - Executive Producer
Lynsey has over 20 years’ experience as a SONY award winning presenter, producer and journalist.
For the main part of her career, she produced and presented shows for Global Radio before becoming a successful freelance journalist .
Lynsey is a passionate podcast advocate and the driving force behind all of our creative concepts here at Media Cage.
MAXINE EVANS - Producer
Maxine keeps the wheels turning at Media Cage. With a background in radio, plus experience across business strategy, project management and sales, she’s the one making sure every production runs smoothly, from planning to delivery.
Whether it’s keeping projects on track, teams aligned, and clients in the loop, Maxine’s all about clear plans, smooth communication, and getting things done without the fuss. From first brief to final sign-off, she makes sure everything runs like clockwork.
TIM HUNT - Director of Video
With over two decades of experience behind the camera, Tim has worked in many areas, from News and Documentary to Corporate and Online Content. With a keen sense of storytelling and creativity, Tim can transform your podcast into a compelling visual experience. His expertise ensures every project is handled with professionalism and an eye for detail, creating content that resonates with audiences and elevates your brand's message.
TOBY LEEMING - Composer / Sound Designer
Want to stand out from the crowd? Toby is the guy that will make your podcast sound unique and give you music, fills and stings designed to fit your brand and style not available from library music. Along with extensive experience in audio production, music sync and composition, Toby writes original theme compositions for podcasts, enabling each show to stand out from the crowd. He specialises in all things electronic but can create themes across all genres from simple ballads to high energy anthems.
